Services provided for patients seeking testing or treatment for common STDs such as: Chlamydia/Gonorrhea, Syphilis, Trichomoniasis, Herpes Simplex, Hepatitis and HIV. Testing may vary based on your medical history and risk of exposure. Testing is offered via walk-in lab, discrete home kit, or mobile phlebotomy. 50% of Consultation fee paid at booking. Consult balance and lab fees paid at end of visit.
