How We Can Help
If you're in Washington, D.C., Maryland, or New York to work, live, or just visit, we welcome you as a patient. Depression and Anxiety are at an all time high across the country. Believe us, you are not alone.
Your mental health is just as important as your physical health. Your mental state is the driver for how you feel physically, mentally, and emotionally. So making your mental health a priority can be first step to being the best version of yourself.

Meeting You Where You Are
The best part is, this can all be done from the comfort of your own home with virtual services. You will be able to speak with your provider via video chat and communicate with your provider before and after our appointment through a secure and confidential patient portal. We follow all HIPPA laws to make sure your information stays private and protected.

Our Approach
Our Practitioners use evidence-based depression and anxiety skills to guide treatment. Your follow-up visit will be scheduled within 4-6 weeks after your initial appointment to assess your response to your treatment plan and, if prescribed, your tolerance and adherence to medication.
