We care about our patients physical, emotional and mental health and will partner with you on your journey to wellness. We provide you with information about potential signs, symptoms, and treatments so that you are familiar with what we do and how we can help, but when you book with us, we will do a full assessment of your health based on your private intake forms.
Patient Portal
Signing up for the patient portal will grant you the ability to message your BeyondMed providers, fill out pre-appointment forms, upload documents, request medication refills, and review your lab results. When you book an appointment, your provider will send you a link to create a username and password to set up your account.

Some services we provide require at least one recent blood pressure reading, but we didn't want to put pressure on you to find a kiosk!
Our processes are highly personalized, and may differ slightly based on the illness and/or ailment that we are treating. We strive to be as transparent as possible, and will always explain your next steps if they differ from what we've outlined here.
